1) Agreement
By ordering or using any service provided by NOCServers (“we”, “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms shown during checkout or communicated in writing.
2) Services
We provide dedicated servers, VPS, and web hosting services. Service specifications, billing cycles, and included resources are defined on the relevant product page and/or invoice.
3) Billing and payments
- Invoices are due by the stated due date. Late payment may result in suspension.
- Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Prices may change with advance notice for renewals (not retroactively for an already-paid term).
4) Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for securing your credentials, OS, applications, and data.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.
5) Abuse and prohibited use
We may suspend or terminate services involved in prohibited content or illegal activity, including but not limited to spam, malware, unauthorized access attempts, and content involving CSAM.
6) Backups
Unless explicitly included as a paid backup product, backups are not guaranteed. You should maintain your own backups.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOCServers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service during the period in which the event occurred.
8) Suspension and termination
We may suspend services for non-payment, security threats, or policy violations. You may cancel services per the cancellation instructions in your client area or by contacting support.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
