Submitting a notice
Send DMCA notices to support@nocservers.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Include:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URLs, IPs, timestamps).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the relevant information and statements as required by law.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate services of customers who are repeat infringers, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
