Prohibited activities
- Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email (UBE).
- Malware hosting, command-and-control (C2), botnets, or distributing malicious code.
- Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, exploitation, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Copyright infringement and illegal content.
- Content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Network and resource abuse
Services must not be used in a way that harms other customers or the network (e.g., persistent packet floods, excessive scans, or sustained resource exhaustion beyond plan limits).
Abuse reports
To report abuse, email support@nocservers.com with logs, timestamps (UTC), and affected IP/hostnames. We may request additional evidence to verify claims.
Enforcement
We may suspend, null-route, or terminate services involved in prohibited activity. For urgent threats, we may act immediately and follow up with the customer afterward.
